Key Accountabilities: • Develop HR strategy by engaging with key stakeholders and ensure its alignment with UAE Labor Law, CBUAE’s strategic objectives and global leading practices • Lead and oversee all HR projects and the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department • Rationalize and evaluate the estimated budget prepared by departments, ensuring right investment in people in alignment to organization and HR strategy • Oversee the continuous development and implementation of performance management system in line with CBUAE’s overall values and objectives, ensure employees have clear performance objectives and enhance their commitment to achieving the organizational goals • Participate in training and coaching the Head of Departments/Managers and oversee the launch of organizational development initiatives to enhance and optimize processes and develop human capital • Lead the development of a compensation and benefits strategy in alignment with resourcing strategy and ensure its competitiveness and ability to attract and retain the required talent • Oversee the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy of CBUAE with the aim of attracting qualified and motivated candidates • Lead the development of talent management strategy and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen CBUAE’s brand as an employer of choice • Oversee the development of learning and development programs whilst ensuring they support CBUAE objectives, as well as periodically monitor the delivery of these programs • Keep up to date with trends and developments in the learning and development space and take final call on the selection of training providers considering maximum benefit to CBUAE • Drive functional and behavioral competency framework review across all the departments in CBUAE based on organizational change and business requirements and ensure each new role within CBUAE has associated competencies appropriately designed and mapped in the competency framework • Lead the execution, development and implementation of CBUAE’s compensation and benefits strategy and ensure its alignment with the overall HR strategy and local legislative and regulatory requirements • Ensure the provision of efficient and comprehensive employee relations services • Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives, as well as, motivate them to enhance performance and produce quality work • Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when required. Position Specifications: •Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration/HR Management or other related discipline Experience: •12 years’ experience with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role •8 years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations
